Voices in Wartime Education Project

We depend on donations from thousands of contributors like you to enable this important work to continue. Your support facilitates classroom discussions encouraging students to better understand the trauma of war and develop logical and critical thinking skills in relation to conflict and war.

$1000 – places the Voices in Wartime DVD and Curricula in ten school media centers, for use by up to 100 teachers and thereby reaching 10,000 students

$500 – provides a scholarship for ten teachers to attend a workshop on using story, poetry, and oral history to facilitate classroom discussions about the trauma of war

$250 – connects veterans from WWII, Korea, Vietnam, Afghanistan or Iraq with a personal story to tell to engaged high school students

$100 – enables a community college class to report on how the Voices in Wartime Education Project has changed their understanding of war and trauma and developed their logic and critical thinking as it relates to war.

• With a gift of $500 or more (you receive a set of the DVD and the Anthology)
• With a gift of $250 or more (you receive Voices in Wartime film on DVD)
• With a gift of $100 or more (you receive Voices in Wartime Anthology)
